Documentation

Pax Anima ships with four portals, each with its own audience and workflow. The canonical guides live inside each portal under the help menu — this page is the starting point if you are not signed in yet.

By portal

  • Admin Portal — case intake, staff and tenant management, billing, route assignment, audit-chain review. Default landing page after sign-in for Admin and ClinicAdmin roles.
  • Driver PWA — installable on Android and iOS home screens. Daily route, scan-to-confirm pickup/dropoff, offline-capable for short outages. Camera + geolocation permissions required.
  • Vet Portal — clinic-side intake, status visibility, return scheduling. Each clinic is provisioned by its referring crematorium.
  • Parent Portal — for bereaved families: case status, memorial preferences, and the optional public memorial page (manage + publish).

Getting started

  1. Create an account — choose a plan and verify your email. The 14-day trial requires no credit card.
  2. Sign in to the Admin Portal and invite your team from Settings → Users.
  3. Connect your referring clinics so vets can intake cases directly. They appear in the route optimiser as soon as they are accepted.
  4. Add your products and prices under Settings → Catalog so invoices generate automatically when a case completes.

Operating notes

  • Multi-language.Portals switch between English, Dutch and French live. Notification emails follow the recipient’s preferred language (set per user under Settings → Notifications).
  • Two-factor authentication. Available to every user; can be enforced tenant-wide from Settings → Security. Backup codes are issued at enrolment — store them somewhere safe.
  • Audit chain. Every case event is appended to a tamper-evident ledger. Auditors can verify chain integrity from Admin Portal → Cases → Audit.
  • Data residency. All application data is hosted in Microsoft Azure West Europe. See the Privacy Policy and the sub-processor list for details.
