- A confirmed incident is posted here within 30 minutes of internal awareness, with the affected components and a brief impact statement.
- Enterprise customers receive an email to their nominated incident contact at the same time.

Health check
The platform exposes a public health endpoint at /healthz for synthetic monitoring. It returns a JSON document with the dependency check results and is suitable for upstream uptime checks.
